Phantasy Star Online 2 Hits 1,000,000 Registrations
The once popular Dreamcast series is growing once again as Sega announces that the 1,000,000th user has registered for their anticipated sequel.
Today Sega announced that Phantasy Star Online 2has reached 1,000,000 registered users. To celebrate, Sega is giving away prizes to 100 lucky players, ranging from posters and t-shirts to a custom Alienware laptop.
Considering the game is still not officially available in Europe or North America, this is an impressive number. While registered users doesn’t equate to active players, it’s still a milestone and could be indicative of a strong future for the title.
