Get Some Sweet Mass Effect Armor In Dead Space 3

Get Some Sweet Mass Effect Armor In Dead Space 3

Some fans may recall the little crossover promotion Bioware and EA did a few years ago for Dead Space 2 and Dragon Age 2. Players who purchased Isaac Clarke’s second Necromorph-infested adventure could unlock an exclusive “Sir Isaac of Clarke” armor set for their character in Dragon Age 2. It looks like both Bioware and EA are at it again…Only this time the crossover makes a little more sense.

Players who pick up the upcoming Dead Space 3 next month who also happen to have a Mass Effect 3 save on their system will be able to unlock an exclusive pair of Mass Effect-inspired N7 Rigs for both Isaac and his partner in crime Carver. The N7 duds don’t seem to give Isaac or Carver any special abilities or bonuses but they do look pretty darn cool, Carver’s red suit matching well with his glowing red visor.

The special crossover promotion will apply to all platforms; Xbox 360, PS3, and PC so make sure your copy of Dead Space 3 is on the same system you played Mass Effect 3 on.

Dead Space 3 is set to release on February 5th but in the meantime you can check out the new trailer showcasing the N7 Armor in action below.
