(3:13) - The PlayStation 4 is easier to develop for and includes 8 gigs of CPU unified memory. - The controller’s light bar is followed by a kinect like camera and can sense depth. (3:18) - The first PlayStation 4 game footage is being shown off (3:21) - First official PlayStation 4 titled “Knack” (3:22) - You can suspend your games and restart right where you left off (3:24) - Games can be played while they download, and patches and games can be downloaded even when the system is turned off (3:24) - PlayStation 4 you can stream your games and watch your friends while chatting. - PlayStation 4 connects to your various social networks - PlayStation 4 was built from the ground up for developers to easily create games. - David Perry CEO of GaiKai is taking the stage - The PlayStation Network is integrated with Gaikai. - You can stream demos immediately over the PSN. - you’ll be able to remote play PlayStation 4 games on the PlayStation Vita - video services like netflix will be available - PlayStation Cloud services described vaguely. Looks absolutely amazing! - Bunch of Helghast attacking a city, everything is on fire, gunplay. It looks amazing. - They are talking about a car game that has team racing. - The game rewards you for playing in groups and with friends. - The clubs in this game act like clans or guilds. The club levels up by racing together. - The game is called Driveclub - they are showing us a game about super heroes - it’s infamous: Second son. I want it already. - Aw yeah we are about to talk about Indy games. - Jonathan Blow is coming on stage (developer of Braid) to talk about his next game that will debut on PS4. - his game is called the witness - The Witness is an open world game puzzle game - The trailer for The Witness is playing. Looks cartoony, reminds me of TF2 a little bit. Very pretty soft textures and a nice song. - David Cage from Quantic Dream came on stage. Maybe it’s about Singularity? - David Cage is showing the PlayStation 4 engine. It looks stunning…and creepy. - Well David Cage didn’t show anything. But Alex Evans From Media Molecule is on the stage. Maybe they will show their next game. - they are talking about recording your dreams. I guess the PlayStation 4 does everything but wash the dishes. - PlayStation 4 using Move, Media Molecule uses it to create things. - Media Molecule I guess is showing how easy it is to create cool stuff on the PlayStation 4. These models are dancing around a guitar, and people are using the Move to control them. - Every major third party developer is developing a PlayStation 4 game. - Yoshinori Ono from Capcom is coming out, why is there God of War music playing? - Yoshi is talking about developing games for the original PlayStation and how Capcom broke ground. - Capcom is developing a new engine for the PlayStation 4. Looks pretty great. - Capcom is showing footage from a new IP running on their Panta Ray engine. it’s called Deep Down (working title) - Looks absolutely amazing. - Square Enix might announce something. Please no more tech demo’s. - Ok so this isn’t a game it’s a tech demo, but let’s see what’s gonna happen. - Soooo Square is showing off the nextgen Final Fantasy demo….they showed months ago. - Square Enix is about to show a game. I really hope it’s Final Fantasy Versus XIII - Shinji Hashimoto from Square Enix is coming on stage…please be Final Fantasy Versus XIII - Square didn’t show anything….Yves Guillermot CEO of Ubisoft is coming on stage to talk about Watch Dogs. - Watch Dogs Confirmed for PlayStation 4. - Watch dogs live demo is starting. They are going to show the open world. - the game looks amazing. We are walking the streets. - The main character just hacked an ATM for money. People walking by have their data shown on the screen. - You can jump over tables seamlessly, reminds me of assassin’s creed - We beat up a guy, edited the city, controlled a train, and hacked cameras. Awesome. - Chris Metzen from Blizzard just took the stage WHAT!?!?! - Blizzard and Sony are partnering to take over the world…apparently - Diablo 3 confirmed for PlayStation 4 - Diablo 3 also coming to PlayStation 3 - CEO of Activision Publishing Erin Hershburg coming on stage - Bungie is about to show something, Destiny? - Yup it’s Destiny - More in Engine footage of Destiny looks amazing - Destiny is the first “shared world shooter” whatever that means. - Destiny will have exclusive PlayStation content and will release for the PlayStation 3 and 4 - PlayStation 4 confirmed for holiday 2013. - The conference is over and they didn’t show the console.
