World of Warcraft Subscriber number have dipped once again, down to 7.6 million users.

The news came during Activision Blizzards investor call today. The dip in numbers, 200,000,  is likely due to the lack of new content for the game and the impending release of the 5th expansion, Warlords of Draenor. World of Warcraft has seen a slow but steady dip in subscriber numbers since it reached 12 million subscribers in 2010. However, The numbers are not troubling for investors considering that World of Warcraft holds a significant amount of the MMO market.

Warlords of Draenor is the 5th expansion pack for World of Warcraft and comes with new character models, recreated zones and a higher level cap. Warlords of Draenor is currently available for pre-order, purchasing the expansion will net you a free level 90 character. Warlords of Draenor is expected to be released this year.
